Wakeup Games — Privacy Policy

Privacy information for the Wakeup Games app

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Summary

Wakeup Games is designed to keep the alarm and game experience on your device whenever possible. The App does not display ads, use third-party analytics or tracking tools, or require you to create an account on the developer's servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

Information Processed on Your Device

Preferences such as alarm times, repeat days, selected alarm sound, game type, and difficulty are stored and processed on your device so the App can provide its features. Mini games run on your device; game content and alarm usage are not sent to a server owned by the developer.

Alarm and Notification Permissions

The App requests only the system permissions required for its core alarm features:

Alarms and notifications are scheduled locally on your device. The App does not send remote notifications from a server owned by the developer. You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings. If a permission is disabled, alarms may not be scheduled, displayed, or played with sound.

iCloud Sync

Wakeup Games offers optional iCloud support to sync supported alarm settings and app preferences across your devices. When enabled, your data is stored through Apple CloudKit in the private iCloud database associated with your Apple Account.

You can disable iCloud access in your device settings and manage app data stored in iCloud through Apple's iCloud management options. The processing of iCloud data is subject to Apple's privacy terms.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Purchases and payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. The developer does not receive payment details such as your credit card or bank information. The App uses only the subscription and purchase status provided by Apple to unlock purchased features.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions section of your Apple Account. Use of the App is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple system services for alarms, local notifications, purchases, and optional syncing. It does not use advertising, user profiling, or cross-party tracking services. For more information about how Apple processes data, please review the Apple Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete local alarm and preference data within the App or remove local data from your device by uninstalling the App. If you use iCloud sync, data stored in iCloud can also be managed through your Apple Account's iCloud management options.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the App's features or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
