OnTheGo (“the App”) is designed to help users remember tasks while they are on the move. Your privacy is extremely important to us, and this policy explains how your information is handled.

Information We Collect

OnTheGo does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information to the developer’s servers.

Location Information

The App uses location services solely to provide location-based reminders. Location data is processed locally on your device and is never shared with the developer or third parties.

• Foreground location access
• Background location updates
• Geofencing events

iCloud Sync & Backup (Subscribers Only)

OnTheGo offers optional iCloud Sync & Backup as part of the subscription features.

• Data is stored in your private iCloud account
• Sync is handled via Apple CloudKit
• The developer cannot access your iCloud data

Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple via your App Store account.

Third-Party Services

The App uses only Apple system services such as CloudKit, Maps, and Core Location. No third-party tracking or advertising SDKs are used.
